We are seeking a digital sales director who is experienced in leading an online sales team to develop new business for our online health ad network, Health Ad Net (www.healthadnet.com).

Health Ad Net is a vertical ad network with over 300 health related websites. We combine the latest technology and methods with our reach of over 40 million monthly uniques to offer great value to advertisers targeting health enthusiasts, healthcare professionals and more. Key advertiser categories include hospitals, pharmaceuticals, fitness, nutrition, and others.

The position requires someone who is passionate about developing a team with a quickly growing company. The ability to motivate workers and achieve goals quickly is a must. An urgent work pace is important. Responsibilities will include management, training, and hiring of sales reps, development of sales strategy, as well as selling to accounts directly.

Applicants MUST have extensive digital experience. Experience within the health industry is preferred.

Qualifications:
• Digital Ad Sales Experience REQUIRED.
• Preexisting relationships with media buying agencies and
  clients within health industry a PLUS.
• Experience in hiring, training, managing digital sales teams REQUIRED.
• Experience in New Business Development a PLUS.
• Cold-calling and client-management skills REQUIRED.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
• Proven Track-record of meeting Goals REQUIRED.
